So it’s no surprise that his life has lead him to Hollywood working with Kevin Smith, and now opening a Star Wars themed bar in Hollywood. Him and Neil actually got invited on to the Rosie O’Donnell show around the time that Episode I: The Phantom Menace came out, to do some trivia. In high school he was always known as “one of the Star Wars guys” along with his friend, Neil. And since I actually know him, even though I probably haven’t seen him in 20 years and only spoken to him via Twitter, I like to support old friends and their business ventures. and I played baseball together through his senior year before he went off the college. since high school, his brother was my age, but J.C. So why am I writing about a bar in Los Angeles that I’ve never been to? Well, I’ve actually known J.C. She begged to at least let the dog stay in the room but on the ground, and he said no.I know most of the content I publish on the site is either Chicago based restaurant reviews, product reviews, or reviews of restaurants I go to when we travel, but this post is a little different… although it still has ties to Chicago.Ī couple years ago a bar opened up in Hollywood called Scum and Villainy Cantina. Anyway, the boyfriend told this woman that she can no longer let her dog who she has had since childhood sleep in their bed because it's disturbing his sleep. This seems like more his decision, and less her decision, but that's not really important right now.

You see, the protagonist of this story tells us all that her boyfriend "wears the pants" in the relationship. Today we have yet another dramatic story about a relationship of a couple being driven apart by someone's decisions about their pet. From a woman who brought her fog around her boyfriend's dog phobic brother, to a woman who stole her ex-boyfriend's dog right after they broke up to the husband who pressured his wife to adopt a third animal into the house, that was a real a-hole move on his part! Unfortunately, there are also many stories about lovers, or family members, getting into quarrels over their pets. From a heroic pet dog saving a baby's life, to a cat who saved a freezing baby.
